WHEN SHOULD I START?
About one to two years before your wedding day is ideal to secure your perfect wedding photographer!
So you’ve heard about me from a good friend, another vendor, or from a Google search, and love my work. Time to get your date all booked in! I do have limited availability, so highly recommend getting in touch as soon as possible in order to secure your date.
You can likely find all the info you need for my basic pricing and approach on my website, and you can check out the blog and slideshows page for more examples of my work. If you’d like to arrange a chat over video call, the phone, or a coffee (post lockdown of course) then that’s cool, I love to chat!
I love photographing fun and relaxed weddings, and I always love hearing about the plans for your wedding day.
You choose the location and I’ll guide you with the best time to do to the shoot, and then we’ll hang out, have some fun and get you some stunning pre-wedding images.
ENGAGEMENT SHOOTS
Some couples opt to add on an engagement shoot in advance of your big day, in a location that you love!
Not only does this give you some beautiful images to use in save the date cards, invites, or just to enjoy yourselves. But it also gives us some more time to get to know each other. And ultimately, makes you more relaxed on the wedding day, which means even better photos!

A month before your wedding day I’ll send you a questionnaire to gather the final details and get a chat in the diary to go over final timings and plans. Nothing too formal, I just need a rough outline and I always like to know which other vendors I’m working with.
On the day, I usually arrive 3 hours before the ceremony, to capture the last of the preparations. I’m with you for an average of 10 hours, but often more, as I do like to stick around and photograph the party!
I’ll be there mingling with your guests, photographing the day in an unobtrusive way, capturing those unique, authentic moments.
